We ship your order within 2 working days after receiving your payment. Deliveries take will be done by GLS Flexdelivery, so you can choose a suitable delivery time after placing the order.
If you are not sure whether you will benefit from using the stretcher, you can extend your trial period by 14 days. In that case, please contact Help Medical, telephone 035 5381188 for this extension, or through firstname.lastname@example.org
If a delivery does not meet your requirements, you can return it with sufficient postage within 14 days. We will ensure that the refund is refunded within 14 days after the termination of the agreement. The costs for the return are for your account.
Request a return number and address label from us first, through email@example.com
You will then receive an email with the return form and an address label. Fill in the return form and stick the return label on the package and bring it to the GLS point of your choice, or you can send it with the carrier of your choice.
Only shipments with a return number will be accepted. For refund, the product must be in undamaged condition and must be returned in the original packaging (due to resaleability). Fill in the return form with the necessary information so that we can ensure correct handling.
