1 How to use Backstretcher/Rolastretcher/Neckstretcher
1.1 Has the Backstrecher also produced positive results in people with shoulder and neck complaints as a result of RSI?

The Backstretcher definitely has a positive effect on RSI complaints in the neck and shoulders. He manipulates the thoracic region and puts your spine back into the correct position, relieving the pressure on the neck, shoulder and lower back.

1.2 Does the Back or Rolastretcher help with a hernia?

The Backstretcher or Rolastretcher can certainly help with a hernia. By stretching the (especially the thoracic) spine, the spine becomes more mobile and there is more space between the vertebrae. The shape improves the posture. This reduces the load on the lower back and neck, which also has a favorable effect on a hernia.

2 Trial use
2.1 Is it possible to use the Backstrecher on a trial basis? And for how long?

You can try all stretchers on a 14-day trial. You must first pay for the Stretchers in advance. In case of doubt, a different trial period can be agreed upon in consultation. If the stretcher has no effect, you can return it. You do pay the shipping costs back and forth. (Shipping costs in total approx. € 12,-)
