Hi! I would not hesitate to recommend the Rollastretcher. I am diagnosed with neck discopathy and have also experienced lower back pain. Any time I have tension or strain in the back I use the Rolla stretcher with great results so placed additional orders and recommended it to friends and family. This is saving a lot of money that would otherwise be spent on physiotherapists, chyropractors etc. You will not regret your decision to buy this product-it really does work and help.
